A TG is a tour guide. Another term is Ladies leaving fee. When you are in a Go-Go bar in particular, a TG is a fee paid to compensate the bar for the loss of an employee for the night.

The commercial sex workers are mandated to secure their pink card from the CHO on a weekly basis. Customers can demand from them of their pink card. Failure of a commercial sex worker to secure the pink card from their office could be a ground for them not to entertain any guest.
The owner of the establishment who will tolerate the absence of a pink card of any of his or her worker would mean revocation of the business permit. The pink card contains information that a commercial sex worker is "negative" to any sexually-transmitted diseases or other communicable diseases like hepatitis.
