The only pluses of this hotel are the location in the bottom of the city and the kindness and professionalism of the personnel. Bathroom ventilation is not working, bad odor persisting extremely long. Heating stopped during the night and it is March with Celsius degrees at night. Bathrobe brackets are broken but the robes still in use Not enough cosmetics range for this class of hotel.

Even the customer satisfaction forms in the rooms are targeting irrelevant aspects, only a few superficial things about general opinions.

We are very sorry regarding your bad experience. Hotel Timisoara is operating as a bussines class hotel. It is simply decorated ,as an ecolabel hotel. The well come tray is complimentary and we are sorry didn't satisfy you. The room is equipped with all the items a client need. Anyway your review is important for us and is giving an image of what we have to improve for future. It is next to the Opera house and steps away from shopping, restaurants, and all the sights.
The service here is great, and I can recommend the Lobby Bar as a fun place to sit and have a drink while you discuss your day. The food is so-so, but the drinks are good and cheap. People will debate about whether or not this is actually a 5-star or 4-star hotel, but we were greeted by the doorman and concierge each time we went in or out of the hotel.
